Payment processing: delegate pass payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details directly under its own privacy terms. We do not store your card details.
Form delivery: registration and enquiry form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms.
Hosting and analytics: the Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides privacy-first, aggregated visitor analytics.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic without using cookies and without tracking or fingerprinting individual visitors across sites. The Site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
